We want you to be thrilled with your new order. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.
You don't have to leave your home, the courier will pick up the return package the same way it was delivered to your door.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused.
- Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Damaged items or original packaging are ineligible for return.
We accept only returns made by DHL Express Delivery.
- A return shipping fee is deducted from your refund based on your location:
- USA $20
- Germany €15
- France €15
- Switzerland CHF15
- Netherlands €15
- United Kingdom ₤10
- EU (incl. Norway) €15
- Rest of world €20
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
In case your order number begins with GE and you need to return only one item please go to our returns portal.
In all other cases please use the following instructions:
- Enter your order number (e.g. GE1234567890NL) and the e-mail address used for making the order.
- Select the item you want to return and let us know why
- Select the preferred shipping method
- Download the return instructions together with the return label and follow the instructions on how to arrange local pickup from DHL or simply drop off at a nearby DHL drop off location.
- Send us an e mail at email@example.com, or submit a request via our contact us web form.
- Include your order number in the subject field
- Confirm your original delivery address.
- Indicate which item(s) you wish to return.
- Indicate the reason for returning the item.
- You will receive an email with a return label and further instructions on how to complete the return, within 1-2 business days.
- Once you receive the return label you have to call local DHL office and arrange a convenient date and time in the next 3 business days for pickup of the package.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund is initiated within 1-3 business days. The return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
- The refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank or PayPal.
- Please contact your bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account in case it is not credited after 10 days.
- We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- By using the provided return waybill you consent to the deduction of the shipping cost from your refund.
