Bad packaging and customer service

Absolutely horrendous packaging. The thin cardboard box was messed up by the time it was delivered. The bag was in the dust bag and wrapped with thin bubble wrap that didn't protect the bag. A corner of the bag was squished in and the customer service is terrible. There is no way to reach them aside from email and they don't even respond to you.
